- Home delivery service is available within the Dhaka metropolitan area, and all Cities.
- Parcels may be delivered to a nearby popular location such as a market (bazar), college, or Union Parishad office for customers who live outside Dhaka city.
- Delivery time will be calculated after your order has been confirmed.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours after placing an order.
Order Tracking: Once an order is processed for shipment, a sms is sent to the customer’s mobile number containing the tracking number or link. It helps to track an order easily in real time. On the other hand, Customer Can track order from Customer Account Dashboard.
Order Cut off Time: If the Order is placed between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM will be processed on the same day. If an order is placed after 11:00 PM, it will be scheduled and processed during the next working day within our regular working hours.
