Manfare Return & Exchange Policy
We care about our customers and always try to provide them a better online shopping experience. We’re committed to making our customers' shopping experience smooth, enjoyable, and Hassle-free.
To ensure our customer’s shopping experience Hassle-free, we offer return and exchange policy if anyone faces the following issues.
Conditions of Return & Exchange:
- The product has a major manufacturing defect.
- 2The product was damaged during delivery (ought to be reported to us in front of the delivery person).
- Received the wrong product, size, or color.
- If any issues are found in the product(s) please let us know within 3 days for the exchange, we will take the initiative shortly.
- If anyone does not report an issue within 3 days for exchange, request may be declined, and the return or exchange might not be accepted.
- If anyone wants to exchange after receiving the products due to mind change or other reasons, and that doesn’t match the above conditions, the customer will be responsible for return and re-delivery charges.
- If anyone wishes to return a product due to changes of mind, the delivery charge must be paid to the delivery agent, and the product must be returned undamaged.
Manfare Refund Policy
Manfare is dedicated to making the customer’s shopping experience safe, smooth, and hassle-free. Our refund policy is simple, transparent, and designed to give customers confidence.
- if a product becomes out of stock after placing an order and cannot be delivered within 7–10 working days, customers can request for refund. It may takes 5–7 working days to complete the refund process.
- 2Refund policy will not cover for any other circumstances except unavailability of the products.
